1. How long should I leave the eye pads on ?

Leave the pads on your face until they fall off by themselves or 20 minutes, whichever comes first.

2. Are the pads only for the eyes ?

You can use the pads and Youth Factor Liquid under the eyes for dark circles and puffiness or around the corners of the mouth for laugh lines. Just cut a pad in half and place each half on the corner of the mouth. You can also place a pad between the eyebrows for wrinkles, or anywhere else on the face that you have fine lines and wrinkles.

3. How much of the Daily Treatment should I use?

With the Daily Treatment, a little goes a long way. Put about a dime size portion onto your finger and rub it into your face.

4. Should I wash my face before I use Youth Factor?

Yes, wash your face, but be sure NOT TO USE HAND SOAP. Use a facial cleanser that is gentle on the skin. Regular soap will not only dry out your skin, but will also leave a filmy residue on your face. Follow with your favorite toner, then your Youth Factor System.

5. Can I wear makeup while I use Youth Factor?

Absolutely. Just use the products as directed–first the Daily Treatment, then the Multi Treatment–and AFTERWARD just apply your regular makeup regimen. Eventually, the goal is to not have to wear as much makeup because you won't have the lines or wrinkles to cover up!

6. I've been using the products for some days now and nothing is happening. Am I doing something wrong?

Follow the directions (in the booklet as well as in the Welcome Brochure) and stick to the system. Everybody's skin differs. Some people see results after the first use, while others may take up to four weeks to see visible results. Be patient and you'll see great results with Youth Factor.

7. Can I use the product if I have acne?

Youth Factor is non-comedogenic, which means it does not clog the pores. The product will not cause acne, but it will not treat acne either. We recommend addressing the acne problem first, consulting a dermatologist. You can then use Youth Factor simultaneously with your acne medication. Youth Factor will not interfere with the action of Retin A, a common treatment for acne.

8. Can I use the product if I have deep scarring?

Youth Factor has no effects–negative or positive–on scars or hyper-pigmentation due to scars.

9. What if I have allergies to certain products?

Consult your dermatologist to investigate the allergen and compare with Youth Factor's ingredient list. However, none of the ingredients in Youth Factor are known as common allergens. There are no known side effects with blood pressure medication.

10. Should I use the product if I have dry skin?

Most problems with dry skin can be treated by using Youth Factor Multi Cream, unless you have a clinical condition, such as Eczema.
